Government
Design Language & UX Design
User Experience Design, Service Design and User Research for a government project.

USER CENTRED DESIGN
Government project
The design was created for a series of interconnected sites and applications after thorough user research and stakeholder engagement. The design and design thinking, as shown, is representative of 'something like' the type of design and processes designed for the project as the actual product cannot be shared online.

RESEARCH & PLANNING
Personas
Personas represent various roles in the business (but not actual people). For example, one persona may represent the wants and needs of several people. This is useful in the design-process. These are much-simplified generic examples as actual personas cannot be shared online.

RESEARCH & PLANNING
User Journey Map
The user journey map illustrates the journey an end user follows to accomplish tasks in their role and the experiences
in their work-based interactions (prior to any UX improvements). The user is represented by a persona (a fictional representative).

WIREFRAMES
Home page design
Interactive wireframes show home page functionality, including a slide-out panel for additional customisation.

WIREFRAMES
Search functionality
Interactive wireframes model search functionality and different ways in which the data can be presented.

COMPONENTS
Built from a component library
The component library was updated to include all components at various viewports, in pixel-accurate sizing that could be used for user testing and for product deployment.

WIREFRAMES
Responsive View
The user interface is tailored to the end user, with additional user controls to modify and adapt the components to suit business and personal requirements.
